ALTERNATE SOLUTION TO LAYOFF
WorkShare IL is a voluntary program through the Illinois Department of Employment Security that allows employers facing a decline in business to avoid permanent layoffs. Employees affected are retained and continue to work but experience a reduction in hours. |
