Livingston Workforce Services helps Livingston County businesses access a skilled workforce, reduce employee turnover, reduce time to hire, and remain competitive in their industry.  WIOA funding is paid through federal taxes so businesses receive services at low or no-cost resulting in a higher return on investment.

ALTERNATE SOLUTION TO LAYOFF
WorkShare IL is a voluntary program through the Illinois Department of Employment Security that allows employers facing a decline in business to avoid permanent layoffs. Employees affected are retained and continue to work but experience a reduction in hours.
