If you have received an official notice of upcoming layoff or have been laid off and are eligible to receive unemployment insurance, please complete the dislocated worker survey below.  You may be eligible to receive assistance with job search, resume preparation, interviewing tips, and training at no cost through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Dislocated Worker program.  At the end of the survey, you can choose whether or not to be contacted by a Livingston Workforce Services representative.  All information provided is kept confidential.
